About Us

We are a small, family-owned wine producer based in the Adelaide Hills that focusses on making small-batch Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills and Pinot Noir from the Strathbogie Ranges.

Our property is nestled amongst the apple and cherry orchards in the Lenswood Valley. Our vineyard is closely planted with an enviable selection of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay clones to work with. We produce only a small volume of wine each year. We also source wine from Head Winemaker, Alex’s parents vineyard in the Strathbogie Ranges.

All our grapes are carefully selected and handpicked to ensure the highest quality in every bottle.

  • 100% Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir

    Hand-picked from 85% Carey Gully fruit in the Piccadilly Valley (Scanlon Vineyard) and 15% from our Lenswood estate vineyard.

  • Fermented with 5% whole bunch and the balance destemmed, the wine spent 14 days on skins before pressing and settling prior to racking to French oak hogsheads.

    Malolactic fermentation was completed in oak, followed by nine months maturation in French oak prior to bottling.

    Only five hogsheads were produced, equating to approximately 2,000 bottles.

  • Bright and expressive embodying the elegance and purity of its cool-climate origins. On the nose, wild red berries, crushed violets, and subtle earthy spice unfold, with hints of dried herbs adding complexity. The palate is silky yet lively, with layers of cherry, raspberry, and blood orange, balanced by delicate tannins and a refreshing line of acidity
