Hand-picked and 100% whole bunch pressed, the juice was barrel fermented in second-fill French oak hogsheads, undergoing partial malolactic fermentation before maturing for six months in French oak prior to bottling.
Only five hogsheads were produced, equating to approximately 2,000 bottles.
